Steps

  1. Wash poha in a drainer and keep it aside to be soaked off completely for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a kadai, put oil and crack the mustard seeds and curry leaves along with green chillies.
  3. Add chopped onion, stir it for a while, add diced potatoes and green peas, put some salt and cover it with a lid to cook it on steam for five minutes on low flame then add already soaked poha, stir it for a while, cover it with a lid for two minutes then add lemon juice and one spoon of sugar.
  4. Stir it again and serve it hot by garnishing ot with peanuts and coriander leaves, it can be served to five-six people.
