- Cook dal in a pressure cooker by adding four cups of water, salt and turmeric powder till two whistle and put off the gas.
- Churn it with a churner to make smooth blend, add one cup of tamarind water to make it sour, add two cups of water and keep it aside.
- Heat cooker, put oil then crackle mustard seeds,curry leaves and red chilli, stir it for a while then add chopped onion, tomato and vegetables, add Everest sambhar masala powder, stir it for a while then add dal and cook it for a whistle.
- Serve it hot either with vada, idli or dosa as per your choice.
