Ingredients

Small bowl of sooji

Steps

  1. Heat Kadai and put pure ghee, add sooji and stir it continuously by keeping the flame low till it turns light pink in colour.
  2. Take a pan, put  water and sugar, add cardamom and let it boil until sugar dissolves then put off the burner, your sugar syrup is ready.
  3. When you see sooji is completely turned pink in colour, it will smell great, then add sugar syrup and milk, stir it continuously for some time (two -three minutes) and your halwa will be ready.
  4. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and grated coconut, serve it hot.
