Small bowl of sooji
Small bowl of sugar
Small bowl of water
Small bowl of pure ghee
Small bowl of milk
Small bowl of Finely chopped dry fruits

- Heat Kadai and put pure ghee, add sooji and stir it continuously by keeping the flame low till it turns light pink in colour.
- Take a pan, put water and sugar, add cardamom and let it boil until sugar dissolves then put off the burner, your sugar syrup is ready.
- When you see sooji is completely turned pink in colour, it will smell great, then add sugar syrup and milk, stir it continuously for some time (two -three minutes) and your halwa will be ready.
- Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and grated coconut, serve it hot.
