Ingredients

India gate basmati Morgan rice
300gm
Carrot ,capsicum,cauliflower,cabbage,spring onion and French beans
250 gm
Medium size onion chopped

Medium size tomato chopped

Ginger finely chopped

Green chilli chopped

White vinegar

Chilli sauce

Soya sauce

Ajinomoto a

Steps

  1. Wash rice properly and keep it for boiling with lots of water when 95/ is cooked then remove all the water by using drainer and allow it to cool down.
  2. Meanwhile chop all the vegetables finely and keep them aside.
  3. Use a big Kadai, heat it, put oil, after the oil is heated properly then put garlic, ginger and green chilli, sauté it then add onion, cook it for two minutes, then add all the chopped vegetables and cook it openly for two minutes on high flame.
  4. Add rice which is already cooked, put ajinomoto, soya sauce, chilli sauce salt and vinegar.
  5. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano, stir it for a while and put the flame off.
  6. Serve it hot with manchurian with gravy, you can eat it with tomato sauce also.
